Terms of Service
By confirming a reservation you agree to the rules below — they keep the sanctuary calm, safe, and private for everyone on the plantation.
Booking policy
Exclusive occupancy
Your booking reserves the homestead for one group only. Core spaces are private to your confirmed guest list.
- check_circle Capacity is capped at your confirmed guest count (maximum fifteen including children).
- check_circle Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior written approval from hosts.
Arrival ritual
Check‑in
14:00
Arrival briefing and orientation. Earlier access may be arranged when the previous night clears.
Check‑out
11:00
Late checkout may incur a fee up to fifty percent of the nightly rate depending on housekeeping load.
Cancellation
30+ days prior
Refund less a five percent processing fee covering payment rails.
15‑30 days prior
Half of the invoiced accommodation amount returned.
Within 14 days
Non refundable — travellers are encouraged to carry insurance for medical or transport disruption.
Estate etiquette
Flora & fauna
The farm is fragile — please refrain from uprooting shrubs, feeding wildlife, or disturbing nesting areas.
Quiet hours
Between 22:00 and 07:00 we keep amplification low so hillside neighbours remain undisturbed.
Smoking
Indoors is smoke free — outdoor corners can be earmarked together with caretakers upon arrival.
Pets
Because of leopard and wild dog corridors nearby we cannot host pets presently.
Liability & disclosures
The estate occupies working plantation land — paths may be slippery, fauna may cross at night, and weather shifts quickly at altitude. Participation in outdoor routes is voluntary. While hosts maintain lights, guidance, and night security coverage, travellers remain responsible for personal safety and valuables.
